Masterpack Group is excited to present its latest product and accompanying machine, designed to extend the shelf life of products in flexible small packaging, 10 to 35kg.
Building on our expertise in Modified Atmosphere packaging for big bags, Masterpack Group now offers the same solution for small-scale packaging. Delicate products are packaged under Modified Atmosphere, such as in 25kg bags, where the oxygen content is reduced to below 2%. This results in a significantly extended shelf life for the packaged product, without the need for chemical treatment, making it suitable for organic food. Additionally, it helps prevent pests and preserves product quality. The new and innovative easy cap ensures a fast, straightforward, and reliable process, maintaining the quality of the packaged items.
Moreover, the easy cap allows for easy and non-destructive measurement of the oxygen content within the packaging.
The specially developed Compact MAP machine provides even more flexibility. Unlike larger machines designed for sealing and gassing MA big bags, our new machine is specifically tailored for the efficient processing of bags weighing between 10-35kg.
